MISSION:

No Access Armor is a Midwest technology development company. We are focused on creating advanced transparent and lightweight protection solutions for law enforcement and first responders world-wide. We specialize in producing urethane polymer armor composites to protect against extreme threats such as projectiles, bullets, and explosions.

HISTORY:

No Access Armor was born from work by Bleeding Edge EnSys in 2009 in Sullivan, Missouri which was engineering new technology for the transportation and defense industries. Founder George Sturmon has decades of experience in research and development. After building ATRO Engineered Systems in 1984, he revolutionized polyurethane bushings for high-wear applications on heavy vehicle suspensions. Today, George and his research team at Bleeding Edge are focused on commercializing new technology to protect and preserve what matters most.

POLICIES

WRITTEN RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please do not return any merchandise without prior written authorization - no credit will be issued for any such unauthorized return. All claims of return merchandise must be made within ten days of date of invoice. Product must be returned within fifteen days of invoice date to avoid a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. All shipping charges incurred by the customer as a result of items returned for refund or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

TERMS OF SERVICE

All products and prices are subject to change without notice. In-stock items are typically shipped within twenty-four (24) hours. Any item that is out of stock will be backordered for shipment when product is available. No refunds or exchanges on special order items.

Waiver of Liability

The receiver (“Recipient”) of products (“Product”) from No Access Armor (“No Access

Armor”), agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Waiver of Liability (“Waiver”). Recipient will be deemed to have accepted this Waiver by receiving, testing, and/or evaluating product from No Access Armor.  

  1. Release of Liability & Limitation of Liability. Recipient understands and acknowledges that the Product(s) are subject to changes, including but not limited to, designs, claims, physical properties, availability, pricing, packaging, etc. Recipient further acknowledges that the use of the Product could result in damage to Recipient or to Recipient’s equipment.  Improper use of the Product could result in safety hazard, injury and/or loss of life.  Similarly, failure to comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines applicable to use of the Product could result in safety hazard, injury and/or loss of life.  

To the extent possible under applicable law, No Access Armor and its affiliates shall not be liable for damages incurred or alleged as a result of use of the Product or arising out of the use of the Product.  Recipient agrees to indemnify No Access Armor, defend No Access Armor, and hold No Access Armor  harmless from all claims and liabilities incurred or alleged as a result of use of the Product, or arising out of the use of the Products, whether or not brought by third parties. 

  1. Proprietary Information. Recipient agrees not to reverse engineer or attempt to derive the composition or the underlying information of the Products to send Products out to any third party without written approval from No Access Armor.
  2. No Access Armor warrants that the Product will arrive undamaged and made in accordance with any prototype specifications when received by Recipient. In the event that any Products are damaged upon receipt, Recipient shall notify No Access Armor and ship the damaged Product back to No Access Armor.

NO ACCESS ARMOR DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES,

EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR

PURPOSE. The foregoing constitutes Recipient’s sole and exclusive remedy under this Waiver. 

  1. Recipient further expressly agrees that this Waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the applicable laws and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall continue in full legal force and effect.
  2. Recipient acknowledges that they have read this Waiver and fully understands its terms. Recipient further acknowledges that they are entering into this Waiver freely and voluntarily and intends by the receipt of Product to have issued a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
